Capital Markets Forum/Seminars

LACRA's primary purpose is to elevate the professional, ethical, and educational standards of those engaged in the marketing of commercial real estate in Greater Los Angeles. To that end, the organization provides regularly scheduled forums for its members to share information and experience. LACRA also conducts seminars and educational programs for the greater commercial real estate industry and its associated industries.

LACRA has organized in-depth educational seminars on the latest legal aspects of real estate transactions; understanding tenant improvement issues from base building systems to the competitive bidding process; learning the characteristics of the successful Mega-Deal; dealing with properties in bankruptcy; and showcasing the leading mayoral candidates. LACRA has also hosted Presentations that Win! and Real Estate Negotiation seminars which were eligible for DRE credit.

Our LACRA Capital Markets Forum has turned into an anticipated annual event. LACRA invites a panel of experts from all aspects of real estate Capital Markets to discuss the environment for commercial properties. Attendees hear first-hand from distinguished lenders, borrowers, advisors and principals about current underwriting, yield expectations, impact of financing, and our current place in the cycle. Held at an exclusive club in the Pacific Palisades, the panel discussion is followed by a networking cocktail reception.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for all public seminars and forums. -
